What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise may be returned within 21 days after the Order Date (date you placed your order with us online) for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 21 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise received after 60 days will only be accepted at our discretion for store credit.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong merchandise or the merchandise was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item. In rare instances, stock may not be available to enable your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund you the purchase price to your original form of payment.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

If you are returning a gift you received, which was purchased from this website, please contact our Customer Service Department. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WE RESERVE THE FINAL APPROVAL ON ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Where Do I Ship My Return Or Exchange?
Please ship your return/exchange to the address indicated on our Return Forms. Returns and exchanges must be mailed along with a completed Return Form. You must use our Return Form to properly process your return/exchange. Return Forms are mailed to you along with your order. If you require additional Return Forms, you can download them by following this link and print more out accordingly.

To expedite our return/exchange process, please be sure to accurately provide the information requested on the Return Form especially your Name and Order Number.

You can find your order number on the invoice and packing slips for your order. You may find your order number in the confirmation emails we send you after your order has been placed. Another way to obtain your order number is to login to your account and view the "Previous Orders" section under "My Account". Your order number is displayed after your order date for that order. Your order number is the alpha-numerical value stated with a # in front of it.

How Should I Ship My Return Or Exchange Back?
Pack and seal your box or package securely. For your package to be properly processed by us, your return/exchange must include a completed Return Form. We suggest that you ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

For exchange items, once we receive the returned item, your order status will revert back to the "Pending" status as your exchange is being processed. If the value of your returned item is more than your exchange item, you will be credited back at this time. If the value is the more, your charge will be applied after we ship your exchange item. If the value is the same, there will be no refund or charge. You will also receive an email from us with comments reflecting the exchange request for this order. Once we ship the item requested in your exchange, you will see a new charge on your credit card statement for shipping and item difference, if applicable.

If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

When we complete a refund transaction, we will notify you via a confirmation email. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Therefore, the credit may not show up until your credit cards next billing cycle.
